TEAM OVERVIEW

     Some days, we have been at this for so long that we don't even know what day it is. But when you love what you do and you are where God has you, the inspiration just seems to flow.

     One of the amazing things about our teams is it's usually very hard to see where one ends and another begins. Many of our volunteers serve on multiple teams and have very close relationships across team lines.

     We are always working to make loving God and loving people our priority. If we aren't careful, we can find ourselves more focused on the product rather than the people involved in its creation. Which is why one of our founding principals here is "Process vs. Product". It's far more important that people use their talents and abilities to glorify God and grow in relationship with Him and others than it is we produce a perfect service every weekend. While striving for excellence is a driving force behind what we do, we model our ministries after the words Jesus said in Matthew 22. If we love God with all we have, and love each other selflessly, the rest will fall into place.
